Having just moved to the area, I was thrilled with my first experience in this KFC. I had my order online for picking up the following day, but the order was canceled. When I explained the situation to the guys who worked on the counter, they took care of me very quickly and duplicated my order. The food was delicious! I was most impressed by the way the young man at the counter served his customers. He was very polite and professional and smiled when he took care of everyone. Great job! I will definitely be back
The food is very good. I recently received excellent customer service from a young African American who works there. I wanted to order a chicken breast and she convinced me to order a whole bucket of chicken plus sides. In the past, I was very dissatisfied with the customer service I received at this special KFC. The service I received from her convinced me to return.
