Kfc - Réserver une table

I was at KFC Banbury retail park untill now and waiting them to open to trat my kid .. waiting 20 minutes when open8ng time says 11 a.m. and staff only making faces and no information given.. tried also to call no answer, tried the drive thru closed... So unprofessional.. I wanted to grab some food and save the delivery fee as I was in the area but now I can't even reach them to order.... even tho it says we are open. Honestly... we are all working very hard for our money and some people thought let's have one extra hour cigarette break.. parking was full at 11 everybody left... I want a free delivery at least as a compensation!!!!

Drove to get a drive through, I’d looked at the menu before hand an asked for a veggie rice box with added cheese and hash brown. Can’t add cheese or hash brown, suggest you change your menu. Also they forgot the bean mix, so I got rice and salad. Very poor to miss a key item

My wife ordered a 10 piece bucket and was given what appeared to be end of day chicken legs... Being 10 miles away from home and only seeing when got home was not worth the time or effort to take back.... Will not return to buy from again.

I did not receive an order I placed with KFC Banbury when I contacted them they blamed it on the driver told me to deal with him myself. Zero helpful, zero customer service. Definitely never ordering from them again. So disappointed!

We ordered a gravy mega box in the drive thru and when we got home i found no pot of gravy whatsoever in the bag : i also ordered a tango and they almost forgot that we ordered 2 drinks so they gave us another...
