I had a positive experience with the employee who took my order at the drive-thru, as they were friendly and had a smile. Unfortunately, that was the only highlight of my visit. The food I received was average at best. The employee forgot to ask if I wanted regular or extra crispy chicken, so I ended up with the regular option which I do not enjoy. Additionally, I received a biscuit without butter and had to request honey. The soda from the fountain machine was not mixed correctly, and I was only given 2 napkins for my fried chicken. Overall, this visit was a slight improvement from my last experience, but I have decided to stop dining at KFC.
I keep going back to KFC for their Nashville chicken. I love that I can choose any type of chicken and request the Nashville hot upgrade for a small extra fee. They generously slather the sauce on everything. Another fantastic aspect of this location is that, even though I drive a tall truck for work, I'm able to go into the lobby to place my order and wait for my food, even during the Covid pandemic. Not many restaurants allow this, especially since many drive-thrus are too low for vehicles taller than 9 feet.
I used to love going here, but i am done now. The last 2 times was just awful. The first the chicken was almost burned looking and tough. Today 3 little strips that were probably left from yesterday. Tough and cold. I asked for butter and jelly for the biscuit and didn't get it. Price was almost 10 dollars. I should have gone down the st to Lee's. The had a 3 piece strip meal for 5.99. I was hoping they improved since i was there a couple months ago, but now worse. So no more....
The manager on duty seemed unaware of the difference between a chicken breast and a thigh, as well as the distinction between a leg and a wing. I ordered a breast and wing combo but received a thigh and a leg instead. When I pointed this out, the manager wanted to argue with me. It seems that customers have to accept whatever the restaurant decides to serve. The service was quick, but that’s pretty standard.

I placed a mobile order and picked up in the drive thru. Staff was friendly but we were missing a drink and a piece of chicken. I returned to the drive thru and received an apology and they gave me the missing items. After getting home and sitting down to eat, discovered The the drinks all tasted like carbonated water, no flavor. The chicken was good despite the other issues.
Usually the food is good at this restaurant, but this time it didn't have much flavor. I called ahead because we were craving a large ice cream dessert, and I wanted to make sure they didn't run out. Unfortunately, the food wasn't hot when it came out, which was disappointing for me and my friends.
Chicken was so greasy 5min after got it all fell thru the bottom of bucket and way 2much grease made the chicken it self just seem slimy. Waste of 50$
at the end of my contempt for the day, so I was quite hungry, but this place was not worth the money I paid. I asked about the spicy boxing wallet.

Waited for 30 minutes just to get the wrong thing. I'm pretty sure it doesn't take that long for popcorn chicken to cook for a famous bowl.
I visited the drive-thru and ordered the chicken pot pie from KFC. It turned out to be a fantastic choice for a lighter meal.
