Once again, this KFC location has shown a disappointing lack of attention to detail. It's frustrating that they forgot to include an item in my online order, which I placed for pickup 30 minutes ahead of time. To make things worse, their phone goes unanswered! I'm too far away to go back now. I'll definitely need to remember to double-check my orders before I go to pick them up next time!

I have never encountered such lengthy wait times for a meal. The staff appeared to lack a sense of urgency and moved slowly, resulting in customers waiting nearly an hour for their food. It was a total letdown. I will certainly be steering clear of that location in the future.

I ordered 4 whole wings. And received 4 almost burnt tiny wings for over $7.50 It was the worst hard to believe when I asked if I could get a another or better cooked order I was told they all was like this. Terrible
KFC has made great strides in recent years. The food has consistently been good, to be honest. I'm particularly fond of the original crispy chicken sandwich and would give it a perfect rating of 5 out of 5.
Good location. Horrible service. Parking lot been neglected for years. Place needs repairs and management needs wake up call. Food is mediocre compared to other KFC's. Place inside is filthy at times.

Their oil for frying is dirty. They should change it more frequently. Also, the facility needs better upkeep.kind of dirty.
