Knew most fast food places are ranked poorly on Yelp, but yeah, it's for a reason. Going through the drive thru, we realized that the cashier didn't give us a receipt. Worse, they didn't give us any KFC sauce or our medium fries, the reason why we went to KFC in the first place. And scanning through the reviews, this (getting orders wrong) seems like a pretty common occurrence. Strongly recommend checking your order before you accept it. Their customer service is lacking, to say it nicely.
I ordered the 3 piece box for my co-worker using UberEats and the order only had one breast and a wing, instead of 2 breasts and a wing. At $12 using UberEats they should send me out another breast! I called and there was no answer at the store on Lemmon Ave., Dallas. Also the nuggets I ordered were soggy, but I blame that on the uber people for leaving it at the counter without contacting me to let me know it was here.
I went to this restaurant for dinner. I waited for 30 minutes to receive undercooked biscuits. Their drive-thru service is prioritized over counter customers, phone orders, or DoorDash deliveries. The customer service was terrible, and I will not be eating here again. Additionally, they did not provide me with a receipt. Can I get a refund?
The chicken was decent, but the biscuits didn't compare to the KFC biscuits I'm used to. The fries were okay, but the macaroni was really good. The restaurant was dirty, the clerk didn't seem happy to be there, and the restroom didn't smell good. Overall, I won't be returning. Réservez une table maintenant
Very hit and miss location.One day I'll have great interactions w the employees and the food is cooked to perfection. The next, no one answers the drive thru intercom, employees are rude and tenders completely overcooked, it's literally uneditable.
If I could give 0 stars I would. It look like my chicken had been picked over. Like someone had returned it. Called back up to the restaurant of course no one answered. This location is trash. I will be contacting corporate.
The chicken was cooked horrible and not hot at all, it had a feeling that it had been sitting there for awhile.. something other than fresh.. will not be returning
Absolute garbage. Several things wrong with order. The chicken was hard as if it had been long. That's terrible. I couldn't eat it. Throw it away. Réservez une table maintenant
Worst KFC to exist. They refuse to work or take orders. I really don't know how they are in business lol
