I enjoy eating at KFC, but I get frustrated when my order is missing items. I ordered mashed potatoes but didn’t get the gravy. I realize I should check my order before leaving, especially since this happens often at many restaurants when I'm not in my regular area. However, I also believe the staff should double-check the order against the receipt to ensure everything is included before giving it to the customer. Because of this, I’m rating this particular KFC only two stars.
Used to really enjoy KentuckyFried Colonel... Not into grease much any more. Prefer their grilled bird parts. Chicken pot pie akin toonce Tues. nite special at now closed fave resto, until they swapped lovely Bechamel for mashed potato filler.Stopped in to sit for a minute, feet hurt from shopping nearby nabe.Needed restroom.Checked out update in prices on menu. Not too bad; reasonable for a quick supper fora family on a moderate budget. Kids always happy. Staff very pleasant.
My experience at KFC was the worst I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. From the management to the staff, the service was subpar. I tried to resolve an issue with my order, but the employees showed no concern and failed to help. I wouldn't recommend this place.
I have a great appreciation for KFC, and the staff there are truly amazing. They are courteous and welcoming, which makes the ordering process quick and effortless. Their service is consistently excellent. Thank you, KFC, for being the best! Réservez une table maintenant
If I could, I would give this KFC a zero rating. It's the worst location I've ever been to. The staff didn't wear gloves while handling food, which is unacceptable. I won’t be returning. Management needs to make some serious improvements.
4/22/22 4:24PMTook food home, threw it in the garbage.Chicken tenders were anything but, dried out and hard. French fries were also dried out and cold. Biscuit was hard like a hockey puck.All for a cost of 20.76 and we are still hungry!
This restaurant is clean, welcoming, and attentive. The staff assisted me in selecting a meal for my 3-year-old daughter. The only drawback was the presence of beggars at the entrance.
The fried chicken lacks crunch and remains soggy, just as when it was first served. The macaroni and cheese tastes bland, but the biscuit is soft and tasty. Réservez une table maintenant
This restaurant is amazing! I've been coming here for 25 years, and my wife loves it just as much. She really enjoys the food as well.
