I visited this KFC today between 12:00 and 12:30 PM and ordered through the drive-thru because the dining area was closed. Unfortunately, some items were missing from my order, so I returned to the window to address the issue. I politely informed the staff that my bread and sauce were missing, but one employee insisted they were in the bag. I assured her they weren’t and even offered to show the boxes as proof. At that point, she became quite aggressive and unprofessional, and another staff member closed the window on me.

I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service. I used the app to place my order, which stated that the restaurant opens at 10:30 AM, and my food would be ready by 10:45. However, when I arrived, I was informed that they actually open at 11:00. I don’t understand why the app allows orders to be placed before the restaurant opens. While this was frustrating, I could have easily canceled my order. Instead, an employee came out to tell me how mistaken I was for ordering at that time. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I went through the drive-thru yesterday and asked the lady to repeat herself because I couldn't hear her clearly. To my shock, she responded with insults! I couldn't believe how rude she was. Also, good luck trying to read the Taco Bell menu – the plastic cover is so worn and dirty that it's hard to make out anything. Overall, this place has unfriendly employees and is just awful.
They took our payment and then the girl walked away. Our food sat at the pickup window for five minutes before she finally returned. When I asked why my food was left there, she said she was busy, but I saw her through the window chatting. When I called and spoke with the manager, Brittany, she said that’s just how they operate. Both of them were very rude and showed no customer service at all.

What a delightful surprise! The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection, with no trace of blood whatsoever. I ordered a three-piece meal and a large, exquisite burger. Stepping into the restaurant felt like a charming trip back in time, with walls adorned with vintage advertising pictures. Our server, Mike, was very attentive, and our order arrived quickly.
One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had: the employee taking our order arrogantly told us they were out of chicken tenders. Yet, just two minutes later at the drive-thru, the same employee took other customers' orders for chicken tenders. After waiting 25 minutes, we returned only to find out the employee had forgotten our order entirely.
The food was bland and lacked seasoning, particularly the chicken. I ordered coleslaw to go with my fish tacos, but it was completely tasteless. The staff could benefit from some guidance from the owners. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and didn't meet the expectations I have for a KFC.
The chicken is delicious, but there's a lot of room for improvement with the rest of the menu. I don't plan on coming back anytime soon.
