I stopped visiting the Pomona location because the food was terrible and the portions were tiny. I just came from the Diamond Bar location and ordered the famous bowl without gravy. I received some of the smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen (only six pieces) and it was really disappointing. I had to throw away two pieces because they were so old and tough that I couldn't chew them. I can't believe how much this place has declined. This dish used to be so delicious.
They no longer carry hot wings at this location so don't waste your time looking to place another order for something different. Your taste buds will seriously regret it. Ordered the family chicken meal for nearly $40 bucks. It should have come with 2 Largesides. The containers were half full. The slop they call coleslaw was Disgusting. Mashed potatoes and gravy SUPER salty! Didn'tuse to be this way but since the pandemic they seem to have fallen off!!
This is my third visit to this location, and I must say that the customer service leaves much to be desired in terms of courtesy, which really detracts from the overall experience. You might wonder why I keep returning despite this, but I believe in giving everyone a chance to improve. Unfortunately, based on my experiences, it seems that this establishment isn't making the effort to do so.
I was craving KFC last night. I had been disappointed by this location during a previous lunch visit, but I chalked it up to an off day. However, last night, my bucket of original chicken was exceptional. The skin was beautifully crispy and bursting with flavor. Terrible food this evening! Chicken,fries and bisquits must have been sitting there all afternoon. No napkins, forks, napkins, or butter and honey! If Kentucky in Diamond Bar is going to charge high prices your food should be edible. VERY DISAPPOINTED!They lost our business.
No sign saying minimum bills. Didn't have change. Even asked me to go get it myself. IMO in this situation you should just give the customer the food since it was your fault not theirs. Don't come here. Brain dead staff. Always slow.
It's hit or miss at Drive thru. For instance, today I didn't get my dipping sauce, soda was mostly carbonated water and the bisquit was undercooked. If you go there, check your order before you leave. This was not the first time.
I visited the drive-thru and ordered 8 pieces of chicken, without any sides, along with a Diet Pepsi. The total was $25. Réservez une table maintenant
Ok food ? only place i can find that they have carbonated Brisk iced tea lol! Kinda good but threw me off guard
