I absolutely love the food and the people at this restaurant. As with any place, it's important to be clear about your order since mistakes can happen. However, the food is always fresh, and the service is fantastic with friendly staff. The original recipe crust is incredibly tasty, and their famous coleslaw and mashed potatoes with gravy are simply delicious. I did have to wait a little while for my food, but that’s alright because the quality is worth it. Everything was served hot, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The restaurant was also very clean. Overall, dining at KFC was a great experience, and I highly recommend it.
I came in to pick up a food order, and everyone inside just stared at me without saying a word. After about five minutes, I realized they weren't actual customers in line or in the drive-thru, so I decided to go back outside and use the drive-thru myself. That seemed like the only way to get the staff to acknowledge me. I mentioned that it would be a six-minute wait for my order, but it was clear they didn't care about their customers. They could have prepared my order in the time they spent ignoring me, especially since it had been placed well before I arrived.
I want to extend a HUGE THANK YOU to the entire KFC team in Des Plaines for their generous support in donating delicious chicken and sides for one of our Make-A-Wish celebrations! Last week, we honored our wish child who had dreamt of having a puppy. While preparing for the grand reveal, I visited the store, and they graciously contributed food to our cause. I felt like I was transported back to 1988, reminiscing about how going to a fast food restaurant used to be a special treat. The service was excellent, and the food was spot on. I dined in and enjoyed the ambiance of the place, not wanting to leave. It's easily one of the best fast food spots I've visited in years! I'm not local, but if I come back, this place will definitely be on my list to revisit.

I went to get lunch at a fast food restaurant and the person working the counter was impatient. When I asked for a moment to decide what I wanted to order, he replied rudely, saying he didn't have time to wait because of the sensor. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. It's frustrating to be rushed when there's no one else in the restaurant and I didn't make him wait long at all.
Very rude staff, waited 20 minutes for order. Had to go inside after being asked to pull up to the curb because food never came out. 20 minutes later, went in to the store to ask for food all to be greeted with an attitude by a staff member asking “do I need something?” Yes??? The food I ordered and payed for? Finally got food and it tasted like garbage. Will not be returning again.
Never have issues here. They are nice and fast. I love the popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes are always yummy. The Georgia Gold tenders are so good. Not too spicy but good spicy. Bucket of chicken always has a good portion of chicken. The corn is yummy. The chocolate is awesome and they have mini ones now. This location is great.
This is a fantastic place to enjoy a delicious dinner when I don’t feel like cooking. The staff is friendly and clearly enjoys their work. The restaurant is kept clean, including the restrooms. Everything is great! I would recommend it to everyone.

Your restaurant was not clean. The tables and fountain drinks area were dirty and needed to be wiped down. The floor also needed to be swept.
