Customer service was not good. I was told oh you forgot your drink. No I never got it because the drive thru cashier didn't give it to me. I got no receipt. Instead of saying you forgot your drink, I should have gotten a sorry for the inconvenience. Pleasedo better, I've also have worked at a fast food place before. I know it's a lot of work. Hope you guys can do better. Thank youfor reading my review. Hope you have a great rest of your day.
Food good, but very poor drive-thru sevice. The guy at the drive-thru talk box greeted me with a yo . Later when I got to the window, he asked me if I wanted honey/butter for my biscuit. I turned to my wife to ask her and when she paused foe a second tothink about it, he said yes or no?! Most of the time, employees for KFC are good, but this guy apparently thought he wasworking a food line at a concert or something.
This KFC is not bad the chicken is good to services nice the employees are somewhat rude, but somewhat very quiet the toilets are somewhat dirty when we are there the tables are dingy and dirty the wells drinks in the soda area smells strange and the staff are not very professional, but because this is the only KFC that is close to my house, I cannot hate too much on it as I love chicken I
I went to this restaurant with a friend and ordered through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, our order wasn't ready when we arrived at the payment window, so the staff kindly asked us to wait outside for about 20 minutes. Eventually, someone from the team brought our food to the car. I must say, the food was incredibly fresh, hot, and delicious. I would definitely return! Réservez une table maintenant
Pretty bad spot, we waited about 10 minutes before being helped, it looked like they had only 2 employees working. They were behind on chicken, and the soda machine was out of order, so pretty bad spot, but not on the workers this day, they were trying,it's management's fault most likely as not scheduling enough people for a Saturday afternoon,
Ordered the 12 piece bucket meal tonight given option of original, extra crispy or grilled. Was really craving original KFC but sadly ended up with the extra crispy. OK so it was 8:45 pm they needed to get rid of the extra cripy chicken beforeclosing? Then don't give the options. And how about fry more of what is popular.
The cashier that attended me today had very poor customer service I went in on 12/2/22 at 3:20 pm. Very rude and inpatient. They should not be working here if they have poor customer service. You guys really need to do something about this. You guys willkeep losing customers.
Fantastic experience! The drive-thru was efficient and seamless. The staff member who took my order and processed my payment was extremely polite. Everything went perfectly, and the food was served piping hot and tasted amazing! Réservez une table maintenant
The chicken and fries were enjoyable for the price, so I would give them a rating of 9/10. They were slightly greasy, but overall, it was a fulfilling meal.
