I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant thanks to the two young ladies who were working at 4:30 a.m. on a weekday. They were incredibly polite and displayed exceptional patience. Their ability to accurately take and add to my order was impressive. While I’ve encountered various service experiences before, these two stood out with their excellent communication skills and strong work ethic. I believe such outstanding service deserves to be recognized and praised. I encourage them to keep up the great work and not let anything diminish their excellent skills. I always look forward to returning!
My order came to $20 .06 I didn't have an extra dollars I asked the person that was riding with me for a dollar gave the girl in the window $20 then gave her a dollar that my passenger handed to me so me and my passenger are sitting there waiting on my change she going to tell me that I didn't give her the dollar I'm waiting and waiting for my'0 94 cents that happened last month still have not gotten my change and headquarters is a joke all you hear is music music music music
I ordered the Beyond Chicken and fries, and everything was fantastic! The chicken was far better than any chicken nugget I've had anywhere else, and the fries were seasoned just right. I highly recommend the Beyond Chicken and fries; they were really delicious. As a new vegan, I felt like I was eating real chicken!
I visited the 6 mile and Schaefer location ordered 6 pc. Tenders only, two chicken sandwich and sm. Fry....I was charged $33.00 when I questioned sales person he said 6 pc. Tenders were $19.96 by themselves per the receipt that's all he knows ? doesn't sound right to me. Never again

My fiancée, who was pregnant at the time, was not allowed to use the bathroom at this restaurant, which resulted in an unfortunate incident. I reported this to the headquarters and Bundes-Osha, and they handled the situation poorly.
I ordered a potcake, but someone had stepped on it, so what I received was barely even half of it. That's really disappointing!
The worst FKC on the Westside...bad attitude....bad food...dont go..jus nasty,hope the get shut down?...no stars!!
