This is the third time I've encountered poor service from the staff. This is definitely one of the worst fast food restaurants in the area. I stopped in to grab a bite after not eating all day, and I ended up spending the entire next day near the bathroom. There's always a long wait when you go there.
I’m giving this place 3 stars primarily because their customer service is excellent, but the oil they use is quite dirty. The fries are never fresh, and the food often has an unpleasant aftertaste. Overall, just not appealing.

So I ordered 2thighs and a leg. Got 2 thighs and a wing (drumette). Bones and size confirmed my suspicions. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 3
As always, the experience was good. There was a slight delay in service, but overall, the customer service and food taste were quite satisfying.
