The staff at this KFC are extremely unfriendly! I've visited three times, and each time there was no greeting when I reached the window, and I was completely ignored. They took my card without any conversation, and when I asked for condiments, they just walked off. On one occasion, a girl at the window even told a coworker to find out what I needed instead of speaking to me directly. While the food was okay, the service was very disappointing!
The new kiosk is decent, but it doesn’t print receipts. The staff doesn’t always prepare orders according to what is placed through the kiosk. When I had to ask for my order to be corrected, the staff was rude and seemed to take their time.
Honestly out of all the restaurants I’ve worked at I can say with out a shred of doubt this is the cleanest, freshest and best chicken/restaurant you can find. Serves is incredible and they’re always detail cleaning the kitchen.
The cashier was pleasant, but the manager in the back had a bad attitude towards us. The chicken was greasy and small. Not worth the bad food topped with bad service. Shameful. This is the last time we visit KFC in Pembroke. Réservez une table maintenant
I received an order with missing items, and the food was cold. It appeared they had prepared more food than needed for the small number of customers they were serving. However, the service was good.
KFC is a delightful spot with tasty food. Although there was a small mix-up with our order, the staff addressed it quickly and courteously. The restaurant was clean and welcoming.
Went through the drive thru, it didn't take too long. Good came out fresh and hot!
The nee $20 fill up is a great deal had alot of food to.... Réservez une table maintenant
