On our way back to Texas, we stopped at this KFC to use the drive-thru. There was no line, and we were the only customers. When I tried to add a half gallon of sweet tea to my order while paying, I was told to go around and place a new order, even though no one was behind us. This was the first time I’ve ever been unable to add to my order at payment. We waited about two minutes for our food, with no other cars in the drive-thru. The customer service at this KFC location was disappointing.
Got the original recipe family bucket. Because The original is soft enough people with No teeth are able too eat it !!!! RIGHT ? But get home and this was OLD CHICKEN that had been under a heating lamp all day.!!!! It was way harder than the Crunchy recipe chicken ? from KFC I will never go there again !!! Just go to jack's restaurant for your chicken !! Much Better
When I received my order, I parked the car to check that everything was included. Unfortunately, I found that some of my food was missing. Since the dining area was closed, I had to wait in line for 15 minutes to resolve the issue, and by that time, my food was cold. However, they did fix the error after about 20 minutes.
You have met the RUDEST buyer in the drive through I have EVER. Sweet young girl gave me my food in the window, but the lady who took my order must be on drugs. I had my older dad with me this time, but if it happens again, I'll talk to a manager. We are all fighting lady!! It doesn't cost you to be nice. Réservez une table maintenant
Our order was missing the biscuits, and we found hair in the chicken. After spending nearly $30, we went back for the biscuits, but they were dry and stale. The restaurant itself appeared neglected, with an unattended spill at the front door. I cannot recommend this place.
I just had my first and last visit to the location in Oxford. The drink was flat, the biscuits were so hard that I couldn't even bite into them, and the chicken was overcooked. I was really disappointed with my meal today. However, the service was excellent!
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They completely messed up my order. When I attempted to call and discuss the issue, I was abruptly hung up on. I cannot recommend this place.
The food is outstanding, though the prices are higher than anticipated. Unfortunately, the service is quite slow, even with a significant number of staff on hand. Réservez une table maintenant
This is a quick and convenient place to dine. I'm looking forward to the time when we can return and enjoy our meals inside comfortably.
