Kfc - Réservation de table

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited 20 minutes in a long drive-thru line, and I couldn’t leave because the car behind me was too close. The fries were old, greasy, and unappetizing. The chicken was dry and chewy. The only redeeming aspect was the roll. Overall, I felt that $11 was way too much to pay for just a roll, and everything else ended up in the trash. I tried to contact someone for feedback, but no one responded. I won’t be returning.

KFC in Punta Gorda has become quite disappointing. The TV ads still promote $5.00 fill-ups, but ours ended up costing over $7.00 for just a 2-piece meal, and it didn't even come with a cookie. The chicken we had tonight was quite underwhelming. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. It's a shame because KFC has always been my go-to option when I don't feel like cooking.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The chicken was only warm—almost cold. The biscuit was disappointing, the potatoes were nearly cold, and the coleslaw was coarse. The cookies were not good either. I only had one bite before my stomach couldn’t take it. I definitely won't be coming back; this was the worst KFC experience I've had, far from the quality of the others.

The restaurant promotes a buffet and is designed for one, but when I inquired about it, I was informed that they don’t offer it at all. When I asked for clarification on when it might be available, I was told it would never be served. As a result, our group decided to leave and headed to Bob Evans, where we had a fantastic meal. I believe Lisa, who I think was a manager, was quite rude and seemed to toss the food and drinks out without care. I understand she was busy, but that kind of rudeness is unnecessary. The fries were cold, and the macaroni and cheese was overcooked.

I had a craving for fried chicken, and this was just what I needed! It tasted fresh and crispy. The mac-n-cheese was good also. Their parking is tight, but they're conveniently located at a traffic light.
