I first want to mention that I spent $63 and had to go through the drive-thru twice because I checked my order. My 16-piece meal didn't include any sides, and they also forgot my son's sandwich combo. At first, I was told that the combo only included the sandwich, but another worker corrected this and ensured I received my full order. When I got home, I noticed that my coleslaw was only half full, and the large order of French fries that came with the 16-piece meal was underwhelming. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience.
My entire order was incorrect. One of the chicken wings was mostly bone, both the BBQ and honey mustard sauces were missing, and my fries never arrived. I specifically requested no mayo on my sandwiches, but it was still included. I ordered corn but received mashed potatoes and mac and cheese instead. Definitely not worth the $30 I spent. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The service was terrible, and the food I received looked inedible. This is by far the worst KFC I have ever visited.
Ordered two of the combination bundles that were supposed to be all legs and thighs with mashed potatoes. Instead we got wings and thighs. Tiny wings. Itty bitty wings. Nowhere near the same amount of meat as legs. The store wouldn't answer their phonewhen we called about it. Customer service did help, but it never should have happened.
The young lady who took our order was very pleasant! The food was enjoyable, but our experience was completely ruined when a young man behind the counter had his pants down around his knees. The thought of someone like that handling food is absolutely disgusting! We definitely won't be returning!

The food is quite delicious, but they not only forgot my ranch cups, but also my utensils. I really don't mind the ranch cups, but I had to use my fingers to eat my mac and cheese. I understand that mistakes happen, but I've already had issues with this place before.
On Thursday, 10/07, I ordered a 4-piece crispy dinner to-go from KFC. It was absolutely inedible and terrible. Although the service was quick, the food was so bad we had to throw it away. It didn’t even taste like real food.
I went through the drive-thru and only received part of our order correctly. I had to ask for the missing sauce and other items, and out of the four things we paid for, we only got one. I'm very disappointed.
The staff was friendly and courteous. The food was prepared quickly and accurately. However, the portions were a bit on the smaller side.
