The dining room was closed and locked, with no signs directing customers for mobile orders. As a result, I had to wait in a long drive-thru line. When I finally got to the order box, the staff told me to leave the line and use the side door instead. They explained that corporate didn't permit them to put up signs indicating that there was an unlocked door on the other side of the building. Seriously, Corporate? This is absurd. Why is a helpful sign not allowed? You should be supporting your franchisees, not making things harder for them.
If you want something, be clear about it—don’t expect it to be given without asking! My fiancé and I always leave this KFC location completely satisfied. The lady manager on duty is amazing; she personally comes outside to hand us our food. Since I'm pregnant, I always ask for everything to be fresh, and she ensures it is. Thank you for being such a wonderful manager—you truly deserve to have your own store soon. We appreciate all your hard work and excellent customer service!
The staff member at the drive-thru is always friendly and helpful. The food is consistently hot and ready for pick-up. I especially love the grilled chicken and the roasted dishes. My favorite meal is the chicken with potatoes. The corn is a lovely touch, and the coleslaw is tasty as well.
