We placed an online pick-up order, but half of our items were missing—three in total—and the soda was flat. When we tried to contact them online, no one was available. We emailed and are still waiting for a response, but it’s not worth the drive to return. I wouldn’t recommend visiting or ordering from this location. A week later, we had heard nothing from the restaurant or KFC. Eventually, I received a five-dollar credit, which I appreciate, but I still won’t order from here again.
I hadn’t visited KFC in some time, and this ended up being my worst experience there. I don’t believe the staff or the location were to blame. The chicken tenders lacked flavor, and the sauce options on the menu were disappointing, particularly the KFC sauce and Ranch. Even the biscuit seemed different—no longer buttery or satisfying. For $15, I expected something much tastier from KFC.
The food was awful. This was the worst KFC experience I've ever had! The chicken strips were small, chewy, and full of tendons. The biscuit was hard instead of soft and fluffy. I definitely won't be ordering from here again.
We utilized the transportation service, and it was exceptional. The staff were extremely friendly and patient; I never felt rushed at any moment. The food was fantastic as well. Réservez une table maintenant
The staff was very friendly, and I used the drive-thru. My total was $10.65 for a medium Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo. It was delicious, but I thought it was a bit pricey.
I ordered four honey BBQ chicken little sandwiches, but they were not fully coated in the honey BBQ sauce. The picture shows the chicken fully covered, but mine were not.
