The food is good if you manage to get it. The service can be quite slow, but the meals are consistently served hot. It's unfortunate that the staff often smoke next to your car while you're waiting in the drive-thru line. Despite that, this place remains a dependable option for food, especially compared to other places in 2020 and 2021. Plus, the service here is significantly better than at Saratoga!
The staff is friendly and attentive, providing great service. The menu has a wide range of options that will please most diners. The donut chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious and one of the best things I’ve ever had. However, the bowls I tried were a bit too soggy, which was unappealing.
I visited KFC for a late dinner after shopping, and unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. Several items were missing from our order, and what we did get was only lukewarm. Given the quality, it seemed somewhat overpriced. I wonder when we'll get a Popeyes nearby.
The food was generally good, but my brother and sister ordered the spicy chicken mac and cheese bowl, and it had very little mac and cheese. When I asked about it, the woman responding was quite rude. This occurred on Tuesday, November 22, at 6 PM. Réservez une table maintenant
KFC's chicken was excellent, although the thigh and leg pieces were smaller than what I’m accustomed to in Texas. The coleslaw, green beans, and biscuit from the menu were all tasty. The service was also quick and efficient.
The food was delicious and served hot. However, the dining area could have used a trash change, but I noticed that someone took care of it while I was eating.
KFC serves delicious food, but you often have to wait, even for simple orders. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a regular fast food restaurant.
