To be honest, whoever runs this location should be ashamed. The dining room was closed, fine, but could one of the 5 employees sitting in the lobby look up from their phone to say something? The signage on the door is torn and tattered so it was hard to read that the dining room closed at 7. No lights anywhere going back to the drive through. The drive through sign and order box were destroyed. Drove to the pick up window where no less than 3 employees walked by, looked at us, and never bothered to acknowledge we were sitting there. Finally we flagged someone down to take our order. Food was cold. No napkins. No sauce for the chicken tenders. Just awful Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The lady that waited on us was very friendly however the food was salty and cold. Chicken nuggets were kinda pink inside meaning not throughly cooked. Chicken strips were ok but cold.Fries were unediable as they were cold and covered in SALT ...KFC PLEASE take into account that not everyone wants salt covered food. I stopped here for lunch on my way to Raleigh because my dogs love fried chicken. The woman who assisted me was sweet, patient, and polite; I later found out her name is Carlene. She helped me with my order. The chicken wasn't as crispy as I prefer—actually, it was quite soft—but it was still very tasty. My dog enjoyed it, and that's what really matters. The ladies' restroom was also pretty clean.
It was around 8:30 PM when I arrived, and the front door was closed. The drive-thru kiosk had been knocked over, and there was someone's truck parked at the pickup window, revving its engine. A staff member mentioned it belonged to a friend's brother. The place was extremely dirty. The franchisee should really be embarrassed. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all 1 out of 5.

I met some friendly people while we all waited for over 35 minutes. In the end, I decided to get my money back. They were also out of many items, so I didn’t even get what I really wanted. However, they handled the refund gracefully and offered an apology. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
