Today, August 2nd at 9:13, I pulled up to the KFC drive-thru to place an order. The manager or employee over the intercom told me they were closed, even though the sign and online information say they close at 10. She insisted they actually close around 9:30 and said they were already doing their closing procedures. When I pointed out it was only 9:13, she simply said they were closing and ended the conversation. This is unprofessional and misleading. Something needs to be done about this.
I usually have an excellent experience at this restaurant, and the recent issue I faced was just a minor inconvenience. They had run out of chicken tenders, which I usually order because I prefer not to eat bones or skin. Overall, it’s a great option for a quick and tasty meal.
On Sunday evening around 5:30, I ordered two pot pies and was told they wouldn’t have any available until Tuesday. What kind of business doesn't stock one of their most popular items? Come on, KFC, you need to step up your game. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

I went here for something quick to eat after my class and I was GREATLY disappointed!!! I paid $8 for some dried up mess! ? This is the 2nd time that I have come here and my order was a mess! This will be my LAST!!!I will NOT waste any more of my money here!!!
I attempted to dine in, but although the lobby was open, they were only offering drive-thru service. The food was good, but they really need to allow indoor dining as well. Last month, I was ready to eat inside.
Please make sure to include napkins with the food. It's an important part of your service, and it shouldn't be that difficult. Thank you!
