The food was tasty, but my order was wrong. I requested mashed potatoes with gravy and a large side of gravy, but I only got an extra container of the gravy that usually comes with the mashed potatoes. With prices going up, it’s disappointing not to get what you paid for. Also, the cashier appeared annoyed when I asked for butter and honey for the biscuits. I don’t expect fine dining, but basic politeness should be a given. I probably won’t be coming back.
Sebastian was outstanding—extremely polite and he took the time to answer all my questions. If I could, I would give him a perfect score of 100 out of 10. This young man truly deserves a raise. His thoughtful suggestions made me feel valued, and I ended up ordering more thanks to his fantastic recommendations. Thank you, Sebastian!
The drive-thru was very slow, and I couldn’t hear anything through the speaker. I had to place my order directly at the drive-thru window, and the staff were quite rude. I ordered a single chicken breast meal, and unfortunately, the chicken was undercooked.
I usually visit this KFC because I expect fresh food that always tastes great. However, today they not only got my order wrong, but everything I did try seemed stale and tasted terrible. Réservez une table maintenant
The chicken sandwich I had was stale and tough, making it unpleasant to eat. However, the staff was kind enough to offer a replacement, which is why I'm giving it two stars.
KFC’s menu charged me $13 for 2 drumsticks, a dried-up mini thigh, and 2 sides. I only wanted a chicken sandwich, but they were out. Never again.
