KFC - Réservation de table

I have a love for KFC, but unfortunately, I cannot stand this particular location. The food is often soggy, the service is awful, and they frequently run out of ingredients. Every time I visit, I end up having to settle for something else because they are unable to fulfill my original order. You would expect KFC to be consistent across all locations, but this one falls short. The KFC near the superclinic is amazing, the one at Watergardens is fantastic, but the one near the cinema in Sunshine is subpar. Everything from the service to the food quality is just terrible. I went to this restaurant with my partner and son. We ordered a large zinger box with extra chicken wings, but received a regular size without the extra wings. I also ordered a children's nugget meal without salt, but got popcorn chicken with salt instead. My son cannot have too much salt, but they refused to replace it or ask about our drinks. My partner was still hungry and my son couldn't eat his meal. Definitely won't be returning until they have new staff or fix their mistakes.

After shopping near Burnside, I decided to try a small zinger meal at the restaurant. The zinger burger was mediocre, with only chicken, salad, and mayo. The chips were cooked but lacked the crispiness of the famous KFC fries. Overall, I was underwhelmed by the meal.

Usually go there to pick up online/app order. Orders and service were good most of the time. However, no consistency in terms of what chicken pieces they going to put in your order. Réservez une table maintenant

Staff are pretty inexperienced; they chat too much if the people in the car at the drive-through are their mates. KFC should have better management to supervise their staff.

the personal was very friendly and the load was very clean and they have a great choice of chicken packs to choose from, they also have a lot of parking

Had a issue with my meal the previous day and they fixed it the next day straight away. The customer service from Mathew was 5 Stars !
