I came thru to order 2 Mac and cheese bowls xtra chicken. One of them a combo. When I got home they were pot bowl missing fries for combo. I had threw them out bc the kids don't eat it. I called got meal replaced as manager stated she is the one who took the order and messed it up that I could go back as it was cold I did not want to go back out. Don't remember name started with a J. She put my name in book for a meal. As I went to get the meal the next day I let them know they gave me my order without problem. I was very disappointed with KFC's pricing. I requested 6 pieces of tenders, but they told me they only offer a 5-piece meal. Surprisingly, the meal ended up being $5 cheaper than just the 6 pieces of chicken. It made no sense at all. So, I went ahead and ordered the meal but ended up discarding the greasy, soggy fries. They're no longer competitive in terms of quality and pricing. The drive-thru experience was lackluster, with staff showing indifference and not comprehending why I couldn't get just 6 pieces. KFC used to be my favorite restaurant, but not anymore. Restaurants like PDQ and Chick-fil-A have definitely surpassed them.
My friend Brian went to this location and asked me to write this review on his behalf due to him being mentally-ill. Brian is very disappointed with this locations service and most of all lack of enthusiasm in making a bucket of fried chicken. When going to any fast food chain, one would think that the service and food would be sub-par. However; given today's horrendous experience Brian will not be ordering gravy at this location anymore.

I entered the restaurant and could hear the staff chatting in the back. A girl noticed me but simply walked past the counter without greeting me and went off somewhere. After waiting for another couple of minutes, I decided to leave. Now I understand why there were no customers there. At this rate, I wouldn’t be surprised if this place closes down soon due to their poor sales and service. Absolutely terrible!
One of the first times I've ordered from KFC. I would never eat there again. The chicken was so greasy it was disgusting. The coleslaw had such harsh vinegar in it that too was disgusting. Also to pay $35 for the small amount of food I got was a joke
