It's amusing how every negative review mentions that the manager was terrible. I've visited this location several times, and each time, I was informed that they had no bone-in chicken and that we would need to wait 30 minutes. On this occasion, I spoke with the manager, Milton, who seemed completely uninterested. He stated that they prioritize delivery customers for the bone-in chicken and told us we could simply go elsewhere if we weren't satisfied. Frustrated, we drove to the KFC in Greenvale and had our bone-in chicken within 10 minutes. This place is truly disappointing, and we won't be returning. JULY 5TH 20222- Do not go here! This is a nasty location! THE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE! HE WAS PERSON AT THE WINDOW AND HE FILLED UP OUR 1/2 GALLON OF TEA WITH SODA INSTEAD HOPING WE WOULDN'T CARE BY THE TIME WE GOT HOME. WE CAME BACK AND HE TRIED TO FILL ITWITH HALF SWEET TEA HALF UNSWEETENED THEN GOT AN ATTITUDE WHEN WE CAUGHT IT. I SAID FORGET ANYTHING BROWN JUST FIX ME LEMONADE.WHEN I GOT BACK HOME AND OPEN THE FOOD THIS WAS MY GRAVY. AT THIS POINT I'M NOT EATING ANYTHING AND WASTED MONEY.THE MANAGER WASA SHORT SPANISH MAN. To my surprise, a female employee behind him asked why I continue to come back if this issue occurs so frequently. Her attitude was unprofessional, and because of her response, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. I live just around the corner from this restaurant, but I would rather drive further to Popeyes for my chicken than return here. The last time I experienced a similar issue, I didn’t write a complaint, but her aggressive behavior today was the final straw. Throughout this encounter, the manager in a black sweater simply stood by, watched, and laughed, which was very disappointing.

My family and I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant after a long drive from North Carolina. The manager was extremely rude and unwelcoming. The service we received was poor, adding to our frustration. The bathroom was in a terrible state, dirty and even had blood stains and used diapers. The food was hastily prepared and not up to standard. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit. Réservez une table maintenant

In the current world of Covid and other respiratory ailments, employees should not report to work with a cough while serving food. This man was observed coughing while not covering his mouth. Employees also need to be instructed on basic infection prevention. This was witnessed at the Westbury place on Jericho Turnpike.

This is a typical KFC. I purchased lunch for a group, and the employee at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I overheard him advising a customer on how to adjust his order to save money, as he was initially spending more than necessary.

The drive-thru experience was terrible. For some reason, the staff member at the drive-thru was taking an unusually long time with each customer. Meanwhile, those in line were honking their horns in frustration.

The person at the drive-through was incredibly rude, and the service was dismal. My order was completely messed up—every single item was incorrect. I can't believe how wrong it was; I'm almost impressed! Réservez une table maintenant
