We order last night through app. A staff member (young girl) rung me to let me know that they didn’t have enough chicken to fill my order at the moment but she politely informed me of other options that they would be able to offer us if we would like our order filled now or we could wait for the chicken to be cooked. I really appreciate her excellent customer service. Or order was delivered with a personal note.
The wrong meal pack was sent the Manager carried on about people dying in third world countries, when I was stressed out and spoke to him. Managers should be trained how to deal with people when they are stressed and annoyed , not carry on like they are in kindergarten in response to the customer KFC needs to hire more mature managers
Poor service, no one wants to serve waiting customers. When placing your order requesting not to have to many wings being told by the worker they can't guarantee it. Then to have a heap of wings in the bucket. Over salted chips. Poor value for money. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–60
Can I just say how PLEASED I was with this KFC! Got my food within seconds, very friendly staff and overall such a good expereince. Not to mention the food was fresh and divine, excellent server KFC Blacktown. : Réservez une table maintenant
This place is off the grid in the afternoons, drive through is out on the street, always gets your orders right. Pretty much regulars staff are friendly and awesome. Thanks guys.
