Kfc Dijon Quetigny

Bad experience this evening! I've been to this KFC several times before, I've never had a problem with the food but this was too much. My burger was stale (everything was cold and the cheese was hard and oily). At the first bite I told myself that I wasn't going to force myself to eat this. I ask for a change of burger, the waiter just heats it up. I ask again to change the burger because it is still so stale. There, it's the waiter's superior who takes care of it, very angry and I'm bothering her for that! Result I have another burger but it's just the bread that was heated, the cheese was not nor the bacon which was very, very cold. I go to the counter to ask if it's okay to serve burgers...

Restaurant where the floor is sticky. THE. dirty toilets whether it be the bowls, the floor or the brushes. The large trash can to put the paper to wipe your hands is overflowing. The trash cans for emptying your tray are also not emptied and are overflowing. The tables are not cleaned, there are lots of leftover food on them. Third time we have eaten there and the same observation each time. When we ask if it 's possible to have a drink in the toilets or the tables, they feel like they 're ****... . It would be time to do something. I recommend the one in Chenôve instead. Wheelchair accessibility: The disabled toilet does not close

I was surprised during my experience with KFC in Dijon. Today I ordered 8 spicy chicken wings for lunch. First, the wings arrived cold, perhaps they had been prepared before ordering, as they arrived within 20 minutes. Additionally, the order arrived without napkins, and the price is definitely not cheap compared to the same meal at other local restaurants offering better quality. Also, when I washed my hands in the restroom, there was no hand dryer or towels. Bad experience, honestly. Because for me, good food equals a good mood.

Horrible everything was cold (even the pepsi but without bubbles. Cold ring onions too.
