Ive had a lot of different sushi places and i thought they were good until i had KL sushi and now everywhere else ive had is terrible by comparison. Ive tried a bunch of different things they serve here and its all amazing even if some of it wasnt my personal favourite types of sushi to have a second time it was still good and ill never regre trying anything they make. i dont think i can eat sushi anywhere else anymore. Theyre so friendly and treat everyone like theyve known us forever even the first time i went here and definitely make my day every time. KL sushi is amazing, i’ve never had a less than stellar experience ordering with them. the rolls and miso are fantastic, and the people are so kind you can taste the love that they put into the food. i adore the cream cheese cucumber roll, the cream cheese yam tempura roll, and any of their spicy rolls especially the spicy shrimp) they’re definitely my favorite place to order from. they’re also quite reasonably priced, so i would definitely recommend trying them at least once. :
All dishes are a taste and freshness that I have never experienced before. I visited this place because the Google review was the highest among the sushi restaurants around Transcona. This place has excellent taste, price, service, and freshness as much as high Google reviews.I would highly recommend KL Sushi's small, medium, and large TRAY. You can choose the sushi you want, and the price is affordable.
My kids are new to sushi so we have been trying out local restaurants. This little place offers takeout and has tables if you want to eat in. We ate in and it did not disappoint us. HUGE portions of sashimi and the chef...even gave us an extra piece! I recommend the house roll and the BBQ salmon roll. Delicious. Very friendly and very reasonable prices. Will definitely be back.

This is a fantastic hidden gem! The sushi is top-notch and some of the best in town. The dining experience is uncomplicated and efficient, with the food coming out quickly and beautifully presented. I regret not taking pictures before devouring it all. The staff is incredibly friendly. Overall, a fantastic hole in the wall restaurant.
You haven’t tried Sushi until you have tried KL sushi. Everytine I have come here I was always greeted with kindness. Their sushi is amazing! They have many options to choose from and the pricing is very fair. I am always excited to get sushi from here. Delicious!!!
This restaurant serves some of the best sushi in Winnipeg, ranking in the top 3. The sushi is incredibly delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Additionally, the prices are more affordable compared to other sushi restaurants, and the owner is very friendly.
This is a nice small take out sushi place. The sushi has lots of filling and minimal rice. The teriyaki chicken roll was very good! It is a nice family run restaurant and worth a visit!

This is my favorite sushi spot. The staff is friendly and the sushi is amazing! The prices are average and very reasonable. It's a charming little take-out place that I adore.
