Kickin' It With Kava

We went to St. Charles for the Oktoberfest. We've been wanting to try this Kickin' it with Kava cafe, so we stopped in. It was a cute little cafe with lots to look at. We each had a White Kratom. One with raspberry and one with watermelon. They were really good! The quality was excellent and the flavor was great. It may have even given us some much needed energy. It's hard to tell. I believe it was healthier than a soft drink. The owner and the girl behind the counter were very knowledgeable and friendly. The owner gave my husband an explanation of the different items on the menu. I loved that the owner's adorable dog was outside. I'd come again. It's a small local business that I feel good about supporting.

I usually only stick to giving good reviews of places but I just wanted others to know my experience. This place was pretty chaotic to say the least, there was a dog at the entrance who snapped at my boyfriend unfortunately. I wish the kava itself was something to write home about but it was not great, and the atmosphere defeated the purpose of relaxation.

Love this place! Great atmosphere and lots of good products and drinks. Everyone is so nice and can tell you a lot of information about all the stuff they have. Definitely recommend 10/10!

Perfect little kava bar with excellent Kava and Kratom tea! Very cool vibe, laid back; I always visit when I am in St. Charles and I recommend you visit too.
