I’ve visited this restaurant a few times in person, and it’s clear they prioritize the dine-in experience. However, my recent experiences with online orders have been disappointing. The food is consistently late—sometimes arriving 30 minutes past the already long estimated time of 80 minutes. Additionally, the spice levels are extremely inconsistent. I’ve ordered meals where a 1 on the spice scale was somehow spicier than a 3. To top it off, I wouldn’t recommend the mushroom forest dish—it arrived completely burnt and inedible. This used to be my favorite place, but the decline in quality and service is so disappointing. :

I put in a $300 order and they wouldn’t change the delivery time to an hour later even though DoorDash was willing to change the delivery time.
