Great hidden gem in Spokane. Kimchi jjigae was amazing, enough heat to be pleasant but not so hot you can't eat the whole thing. Kimchi fried rice was delightful. Love the homey feel of the place. I will 100% come back next time I am in the area. Take out only after 7pm. Vegetarian options: Many dishes can be made without meat. Parking: Limited parking in front of restaurant, street parking available. Service: Dine in
Food is light on flavor and heat. Service is excellent and food is prepared quickly. Restaurant only has a few tables so seating is tight. I eat Korean food frequently and in comparison this restaurant lacked the depth and complexity of seasoning. I realize that the options for Korean food in Spokane are limited but it wouldn’t take much to improve the flavor of the food. Service: Dine in
Kim’s Korean is some of the best Korean food in the state. You would have to go to south Tacoma to get comparable quality. We like the whole menu but I particularly like the bbq mackerel. My all time favorite Korean food. Kalbi is my all time favorites.I love the spicy squid, side dishes, and many more. Parking: It's location has less parking space (2 or 3).
