Kincaid's Redondo

I usually love this place I am hoping it's just due to mandates COVID understaffing? Had the shrimp scallops fettuccini. Plate was hot to touch, so who knows how long it was sitting in the window... it was not busy, so not sure why the food took so long to get to our table? Wine tasted like it had been open too long. Dessert was yummy (crème brulee) my friend also ordered the same My caramelized sugar was borderline burnt her's was super light, go figure. Consistency is key The bar should of been a bit higher for a fine dining restaurant. I prefer Blue Water Grill just down the way

So, perhaps this was an off night. I hope it was. The staff seemed overwhelmed, to be honest. However, a place like this should be used to being full, and it wasn't, so I was underwhelmed. First, we arrived early, checked in, so we sat at the bar. When it was time to eat, the seater got us, and forgot where we supposed to be sitting halfway to the table. While waiting to order, I heard our server say to another server, "I really don't want to be here The food was unseasoned, and tasted very very bland. Like I said, I hope it was an off night, and I may give them another chance

We were sitting outside and just for passing the hallway I had to wear mask and I forgot to bring my mask. They charge me for giving me a mask. That was so cheap, our bill was and you just could give a mask for free????? But our food was good and the atmosphere and our server were good as well

Amazing food as always. Our server was unbelievably awesome. Great service is just as important as the quality of the food. So happy for such a great evening

Service was super slow. Waitstaff and manager were really nice but food took over an hour to come
