I noticed my chicken was undercooked and called back to explain what I found. The manager told me to bring it back and that they’d give me a new order. There was a couple dining in and a customer at the counter, so obviously she tried to discredit me by saying that it isn’t undercooked and that I should’ve asked for it to be well done. As a senior with a disability, I ordered food for delivery to my apartment in a senior building. I specifically told them that the delivery person needed to take the elevator to the third floor since I couldn't come down to the lobby. Unfortunately, they didn't follow those instructions and kept calling for me to come downstairs. Because of this, I refused to give a tip. The delivery person reacted very unprofessionally and left in a huff. I believe that if you don’t deliver to my door as requested, you shouldn't expect a tip. I won't be returning to this restaurant again.
This place SUCKS. I’ve ordered here many times before but never again. I was brought the wrong food by a delivery driver who yelled at me for not having the money for something more expensive that I DIDN’T order.. I came back with the money he was yelled at me AGAIN for not tipping on his DISGRACEFUL attitude. I called the business to talk to a manager several times and they kept hanging up the phone on me. They delivery driver was outside of my place and he kept calling me. I really felt threatened. They lost my trust.
This is hands down the place to go for Chinese take out in Nutley. Great food, awesome service, friendly people and an online system that confirms your orders. Big portions for a great price and the food is always super fresh and delicious.

Five stars because I am comparing it to your average-local Chinese takeout. Food was good. I can't say much about the service because it was a phone order. I normally regret eating Chinese takeout but not at this location.
The food is incredibly tender and delicious. I've found my new favorite local Chinese restaurant to order from. For vegetarian options, I highly recommend the vegetable lo mein!
I've visited the drive-thru several times, and the service has consistently been great. The food meets my expectations every time.
Best Chinese in our area. Sesame Chicken is tender and flavorful. Try the Mei Fun and Yung Chow rice.
