Awesome place! Went here for a scoop with a couple coworkers after a hard day at work. I really appreciated their prices, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better deal. The kiddie scoop was three bucks, whether you got hard scoop or soft serve. I got coffee hard scoop. Most places have a surcharge for hard scoop, but this place doesn’t. I appreciate that kind of honest pricing. There are tables to sit at that are shaded and service was good. Coworker got their version of a blizzard and said it was really good. I had the butter pecan with roasted coconut topping on a sugar cone. The ice cream was delicious. I didn't like the coconut topping (and I'm a coconut person). It just didn't do anything for the ice cream. I found that there weren't a lot of flavor options. The drive from the bronx was about 40 mins give or take. Nice scenic views. The area is very quiet and the customer service was okay. I would go back for ice cream here. King Kone was very good. I had the coffee ice cream and my daughter got a vanilla cone with rainbow sprinkles. The staff was very helpful and kind.
