Went to eat a couple a days ago with a friend. We were done but just sitting there chatting. Restaurant is not busy at all only two tables. A stone-faced lady (owner's wife? came over with tray dropped on our table started to collect dishes while we were still chatting. She even took our tea cups (there were tea in the cup cleared the whole table then walk away.I went to pay, the owner reminded me that tips not included in the bill. The place is like semi-buffet style. You get water your self. Food is not bad but probably will not go back.
I would suggest visiting the Irvine location rather than this one. This restaurant does not reflect the quality of the franchise as a whole. There is only one staff member on duty, which means tables often remain dirty until new customers arrive. The food is decent, but it doesn't compare to the higher standards at the Irvine branch.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The woman who takes orders and handles payments doesn't speak English very well, and I found her to be quite rude. Additionally, the fried chicken was excessively salty. To make matters worse, they charge $1.25 for a cup of water! I won’t be returning to this place.
Came in here today spontaneously, and I'm really glad I did! I got the pork chop rice, and my friend had the Pork hock noodles. The water and tea was so refreshing! I was definitely satisfied with our meals and the pricing. Service made it an even better experience. I do recommend this spot, and will be returning!

The pork chop is the most delicious I've ever tasted, and the cold tofu with century egg is amazing too. We come here almost every week and are consistently satisfied with our experience.
The marinated pork ribs and chicken thighs are absolutely fantastic; the flavors are deeply infused, and the portions are generous.
