"We booked in for a lovely and very tasty Sunday Carvery 12/07/20. Nicely presented and it went down a treat. The pub is very clean and has got plenty of character. Hosted by very welcoming and friendly staff. A return is on the cards"

The pub is very local to us and this is maybe the 6th time we have eaten there in the last few months. As always the food was great. Sadly on this occasion and all the rest we have been the only people eating there. The pub has a history of not being run well and is being totally honest not the kind of place you would go to for a quiet evening. If however you walk through the rowdy bar into the restaurant area you will be guaranteed great service and great food at stupidly low prices. The food photographed was last night’s dinner £12 for both dishes!!! Chef is fabulous, so accommodating and friendly. The beers include San Miguel and Estrella plus traditional ales. There are chairs next to a fireplace which is cosy (bar area). We wish the new landlady and her excellent chef every success which they are striving hard to achieve.

As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with a very friendly welcome. The staff were really helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble. The carvery was the highlight, all fresh homemade food with plenty of choice and every kind of sauce you could wish for. If you want a reasonably priced home cooked meal the Kings Arms will not disappoint.

The staff were pleasant and friendly, however we went for Sunday carvery the meat was ok but the vegetables were lukewarm and covered with silver foil when we arrived due to no one else being in to eat possibly? We arrived just before 13:00.

The King's Arms in Coleorton has started serving food and their Sunday Carvery was delicious. There is a warm friendly atmosphere with a log burner, good background music and attentive staff who could ask for more on a cold Sunday afternoon.
