Terrible customer service. I ordered food on a Tuesday night, and it arrived an hour and a half later—and it was ice cold. Since it was late, I called the restaurant the next morning to complain and ask for some form of compensation. They told me I needed to bring the food back for them to remake it. Are you serious? I didn’t get anywhere with them, as they clearly didn’t understand English (not surprising). I called my credit card company, and they refunded the money right away. I showed them who’s in control. I will never order from this place again.
I am very disappointed. I ordered Chinese food for the entire family, and while the delivery was very quick, the food itself was a major letdown. There were several pieces of chicken that were so tough they were nearly inedible. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again. It's definitely the worst place in the area.
I've been ordering from King Wok about once a week for the past 14 years, and the food has consistently been excellent and fresh! The owners are very friendly, and I've never received an incorrect order. Additionally, the wait time is always just 10 minutes!
Only place my family has ever gotten Chinese food. Food is consistently good. Love the chicken and broccoli, General Tsos, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and the crab meat won tons. Highly recommend. Not sure why the reviews on Yelp are so low.

I can't believe how badly they messed up the Chinese food here. It was the worst I've ever had, and they even got my order wrong. Wegmans serves better Chinese food—it's hard to understand how this place is still in business!
I've consistently found the food to be delicious! Whether I'm getting it delivered or picking it up myself, I've always been very satisfied. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming as well. A big thumbs up!
I typically enjoy my meals here, but this time the General Tso's chicken sauce was rather bland. Furthermore, the chicken pieces were quite stringy, which made them tough to chew, and the inside looked dark.
This is my preferred spot for Chinese cuisine. I've never encountered any issues with the service or the quality of the food. We've sampled many items from the menu and have always been pleased.

The food was awful, resembling the quality of cat food. I returned it, but to my surprise, she still charged me for the white rice that I had thrown away.
This is my favorite Chinese restaurant of all time. The food is always outstanding, and the delivery is really quick! I definitely recommend it!
