We regularly order take out however recently things have gone downhill. Placed an order through Menulog to be advised 90 minute wait time for collection. This seemed excessive so we called the restaurant to be told the reason for such a wait was because we'd...ordered massamam beef but they had none available that night. Not sure why they didn't call to advise or where they planned to whip one up from in 90 mins if we hadn't called. We changed to a beef red curry. On collecting we were given 2xbeef Penang curries. Thai food is one of my favorite cuisine, but unfortunately dinner in this restaurant, how really a spanner put into the works. the food we ordered was anything but authentic thai. food was very average and overpriced. it had no love, it was only very blande especially the pad thai they seem spaghetti instead of noodles called the waiter back to the chef for his dinner. the service is very slow and the personal seems lost not friendly could not communicate due to the English skills. we had dinner tonight and that was terrible. we have been eating here regularly for years and were among our favorite Thai restaurants in gladesville. we ordered duck spring rolls, were told that they did not have any of them, then massaman beef curry ordered, told us they did not have bark, then we said that we had massaman lambs, they came back and said they were also from that. we ordered king prawn pad thai and said we couldn't have king prawns just prawns. Came with some colleges after a long work day for dinner and down time. Waitstaff could barely speak or understand English. Entree order was taken wrong...double of the wrong dish and missing one dish. They had no soft shell crab or thai cakes... Very sad...all round. Won't be back.

If you are local than this is the best! Delicious and authentic meals from an interesting menu and such efficient service. It is reasonably priced and good for smaller groups or couples because the restaurant can get quite noisy. It is our favourite locally.
I love this restaurant! Decor is nice, staff are nice, food is great. I love all their takes on Thai dishes, particularly t h e soft shelled crab. 5 thumbs up.
