we were looking for a place to eat in diez, but could only find pizza until we discovered this little jewel, which mainly served Czech food. we had difficulty understanding the menu, but it was patiently explained to us by the man who served us - I had the gulasch with red cabbage and bohemian knödeln ... absolutely delicious, especially with tapped beer! we would like to taste other dishes on the menu ... it looked like other guests would eat well. highly recommended. there was a child in a high chair, so families are obviously welcome here.
the ambiente is in order, the restaurant is very small and the service nice and flotted. the beer is excellent. eating came very fast, but it was probably because most of the ingredients are already prefabricated. the Bohemian foods are on average good, all other dishes are not recommended. prices are low. to the french defintiw top, to eat you should be oriented otherwise.
we have seen a quite good eating in the past. Unfortunately we were recently not served in the outside area in the evening even after about 15 minutes waiting time, an empty table was also not cleared. the service was seen standing by the window at the counter, apparently deepened into a private conversation. we stopped and ate in another place. It's a pity.
