On my trip to a seminary in the former monastery of Schmerlenbach I was there early, hungry and looked around for a return. It was located in the immediate vicinity of the Landgasthof Klosterschänke. We were with our regular table last Thursday to the gooseese breast and keule as well as supplements in the inn. The goose parts were pre-ordered. 7 of us were not satisfied with the goose meal at all. The meat was dry, the skin could not be cut through. The host was informed.
