.5 stars because 1 is generous. Twice now I have placed an order no less than 3 hours before my scheduled pick up, and twice now I?ve waited 45+ minutes in the pick up spot just to go in to get it myself to find my food hasn?t even been started yet? with noone in the restaurant or drive through. I?m not sure where the manager is, if there even is one, but he/she needs to be demotedand retrained and employees need to be put in check. Absolutely garbage service, do better.
I?m a Kneaders fan! Even though one location was out of croissants (supply chain struggle is real), and I had called another location to inquire, initially they were also out. But then they actually called back to say they did have a few and could takemy order order the phone!!! Life is good. They do take a few minute to fill the order, but it was worth the wait. The lavasmoothie was yummy too!

We love the all you can eat French toast and today it was delicious! I wasn’t impressed with the employees mainly one of the managers. He very easily could have taken better care of us but in an effort to follow the rules he left a bitter taste in our mouth. I hope the service can improve Réservez une table maintenant
Ordered 10 desserts for a dinner party (4 sugar cookies, 2 bread puddings, and 4 tarts) a turkey sandwich, and 2 smoothies. I paid at 1:30 and did not get my food until 2. The lady at the counter was nice but not fun since I had people waiting in the car for me.
The Irish stew was great for St Patty's day. The bread bowl was yummy and fresh. I had a soft gingerbread man cookie that brought me back to my childhood. A Great experience overall, although we did have to go back for something they forgot to put in the bag.
Ordered the turkey bacon avocado sandwich and they had barely any turkey on it and avocado was old. Never had this happen before at this location. Pretty disappointed. Of course didn?t think to check before I left and noticed once I got home.
Charming service, delicious salads, and the desserts are simply stunning. There's something for everyone, making it perfect for a family outing or a fun lunch with friends. The atmosphere is adorable! Réservez une table maintenant

"The halibut was fresh, in-season and the light batter was to die for! The restaurant had spectacular views, airy and flooded with sunlight. My sister had the bison burgers and thought they were very tasty...not dry for being so lean."
