Kobe Japan Hibachi Sushi

Good but not as good as they used to be. Their quality seems down a notch where their prices seems up. Still very good, but they now have competition, and, after my last order I'm more likely to try their competition than to remain loyal.

The restaurant is spacious and dimly lit which creates a private feel for dinner. The chef performs tricks while preparing the food which was exciting and the food is flavorful and cooked well. Definitely would recommend

My favorite is the Beef Shrimp Hibachi with double veg. So good! Their fried chicken dumplings are also quite nice. Not a fan of the crab rangoon, that might be an acquired taste.

Great food. Good price. Big portions. Favorite sushi roll is Angel Hair Roll.
