had a reservation for general eating (not teppan,) came early; waited 20 minutes to sit. the greetings/Maitre 'd(s) were unprofessional, inefficient in the final speech. After 15 minutes wait, we asked what the delay was; we could see that the dining room was empty. they said that tables had been set up. they brought us first in teppan room (not our request;) when we told them that we wanted to eat general, said the type rude: we are busy when they want rain. eat, you just have to wait! I pointed out that only one edible was in the insert, so his answer did not make any sense. he kept us waiting in the escort. fortunately, a waitress came by and asked if we wanted to sit in the dining room,...

Initially our reservation was for 830. We were not seated until 920. I understand it was Christmas Eve but our service was terrible. The guy was really frazzled. Didn’t come and attend us at all. We constantly had to be flagging him down. The blonde server behind us was super attentive to her tables. The family that was with us also noticed the poor service of our server. We did not want to make it into a big deal at the time because it was Christmas Eve but if it was another day, I would have said something. Our Christmas Eve was ruined. Hopefully next time the service isn’t as bad.

Nous sommes allés tôt la fête des mères et avons été capables de s'éloigner tout de suite, mais au moment où nous sommes partis, des gens se plaignaient d'attendre des minutes de passer leurs délais de réservation. La nourriture est excellente, ils ont quelque chose pour tout le monde fruits de mer, poulet et boeuf, ils ont également des options de légumes. Mon fils aimé montrer le chef mis et en parlait toujours sur le chemin du retour

I went here with my boyfriend for a Christmas dinner, and we got a teppan table. The wait wasn’t long at all, although we did book a table exactly when the restaurant opened. I really had an amazing time, and the service was really great. It was a bit loud since there was a lot of families there that night, but it didn’t really bug me. Réservez une table maintenant

Nous étions assis rapidement et chaleureusement accueilli par notre serveuse. Les apéritifs sont arrivés quand ils auraient dû et la nourriture était préparée comme ordonnée lorsque le maître Grill est arrivé. Une excellente expérience qui valait bien le prix

we had to wait half an hour. I wonder why even a reservation. They've been in business for a long time to find out. then I had made it for a birthday and nothing was mentioned or done. I get them busy, but I don't want to go back.

Great food service and show at the Teppan tables. The only real complaint is having to wait about fifty minutes beyond the reservation time to be seated even though we were there before the reservation time
