Kobe Japanese Steakhouse Bruce B Downs

I’ve been to this location several times and unfortunately this time the food was not favorable at all and scallops were burnt. We came for a birthday celebration which we mentioned to the waiters upon our arrival but she did not bring out the cupcake until after the check and everyone at the table had left. Not what I expected and it was just not a very good look for the birthday girl.

Very hot in the back part of the restaurant that we sat in. I told the manager. Issue not resolved. Reservation was at 430 and we didn’t get seated until 5pm. Then took 30 minutes to get drinks. Just really not a good visit and we come here for all types of celebrations.

Tony the Tiger was amazing! So entertaining and so fun. He made our daughters 16th birthday the absolute best. Food was an A+ as always also!
