each dish was served in a generous part and presented with class and creativity. it was a wonderful environment to relax and I enjoyed the tapas culture of sharing and the discussion about eating very much. our order of 5 tapas between two was more than satisfactory, and those seeking a lighter meal should probably go for 2 dishes each. everything we were served, and by the extension everything on the menu, was fresh and alive, unpredictable even. there was a turn to any court that my opinion on koh thai tapas over any other thai restaurant in bristol. this is a beautiful, quiet restaurant with full-bodied aroma food – perfect for termins, parties and small meet.
I'm here twice and I ate really delicious eating both times. the first time was with a big group in which we invite tapas. the second time we were two and we ate curry. the curry is ingenious: taste is perfect and the spicy is on place. meat and fish were both time of good quality. the service was good and the restaurant is beautiful. as cople we paid 50 pfunds for two tapas, two net and one pint, including 10% of the service fee. Not a large fan of service automatically applied to the bill (especially if there is no tablecloth and the table was sticky, or anything that can justify it), but since the food was great and the amount not so high I was anyway happy.
an amazing selection of traditional Thai dresses that burst with aromen and textures. we had a selection of different things that were selected by our waitress, based on what we both liked and it was spot on. atmosphere was pleasant and felt welcome. will definitely go back.
the restaurant was very clean and welcoming. a very busy environment, so would recommend prior to booking to avoid disappointment. the food tasted very fresh, although for a few of the dishes seemed not good for money. all in all I had a pleasant time.

Really nice food. Decor is nice and good service. Boozy duck was tasty but VERY spicy! Good sized portions with fair prices. Would recommend and definitely visit again.
