I’m only writing to express my opinion on the service! Which was horrible today 7/25. The lady behind the counter was rude! And she had a nasty attitude. Rolled eye eyes as I was ordering, slammed my food on the counter and never called my number when I asked if this was mine she just walked away. I was excited to try this place but her rude attitude made me rethink a second visit
Service especially at Emeryville location which was a huge disappointment. Server refused to open the counter and said, busy She would have explained the situation but she was very rude and sent us away without letting us to order the food. Business owners please consider discussing issues with her, I think she’s going to bring the business down with her attitude.
Tried Koja Kitchen in Emeryville Public Market today, I ordered the short rib bowl and wifey ordered the land and sea bowl, they were both delicious! Food came out fast and portions are big, will come back and try other dishes next time!
Love the Impossible Koja burger. Food is ordered through koisk, workers do not tend to aknowledge you. They often don't open on time and I've had a couple rude interactions, so took off stars for that alone. Food is ready quickly. Réservez une table maintenant
It's so sad they don't serve food like their original food truck. Ordered their famous kamikaze fries and it was half the portion it used to be.. and the patty pieces were cold. Like they had been defrosted or microwaved.
I got the pork sandwich, it was so tasteless. Asked for salt and they didn’t give any. They make you put your number in but when your order is ready they don’t text you.
I absolutely love the short rib bowl! It's incredibly flavorful and always cooked to perfection. The service is fast, and visiting the Public Market is a lot of fun.
I got my order wrong 3 times. They forgot my order, they ordered wrong and they made the wrong food. And there were no explanations from the servers and no apology. Réservez une table maintenant
