Nous avons été enchantés par la bonne cuisine du chef et l'accueil souriant et attentif de la charmante dame des Charentes. Ils nous ont régalés : truite gravlax, velouté de chou-fleur, paleron braisé, suprême de volaille, sablé fondant framboise-lychee et la variation d’agrumes... un délice ! Excellent rapport qualité-prix avec des produits frais. Les saveurs sont bien équilibrées et l'assaisonnement est parfait. Je ne changerais rien.
