Koshi Ramen Natomas

I have been eating at Koshi since it opened, and I’ve never been disappointed. If you love garlic, I highly recommend adding black garlic oil to your ramen. My personal favorite is the veggie ramen, as I’m vegetarian, while my husband switches between the tonkotsu and black garlic ramen. A friend of mine said this place offers one of the most authentic ramen experiences similar to what they’ve had in Japan. It’s great quality ramen at an excellent price!

My son brought me in for a bowl of hot noodles before we went to a move. We had the spicy garlic edimame and spick pork (double meat) ramen with extra egg.I really enjoyed their twist on the edimame it was a fresh break from the norm at another place I frequent.The ramen had a nice broth and good presentation. The pork tasted like it was baked in the oven. It would have been much nicer if it was smoked in a pit for another layer of flavor.

First time here. You order at the counter and then take a number. The server was great and the food arrived under 5 minutes later. The ramen was delicious. The broth was so good. The noodles were not too great. But maybe I need to change it up next time. The potstickers were good. The only thing I would add is that I was not stoked on getting water in a styrofoam cup. I like a glass and I hate styrofoam.

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff are friendly and attentive, with ample seating available. Unfortunately, the ramen fell short of my expectations. The eggs were ice cold, and the overall dish was rather average. I was optimistic after reading the positive reviews. On a brighter note, the potato croquettes were fantastic! Amazing! I tried the Black Garlic Ramen and it was a fantastic choice if you're a garlic lover. It comes with pork and roasted garlic, and the broth is wonderfully garlicky as well. Everything was incredibly flavorful. Food rating: 5/5.

The chicken ramen and veggie ramen were both tasty. I ordered the mild veggie ramen, which was a bit spicier than I expected, but I still enjoyed it.

I had lunch at this restaurant while on a business trip, and I thoroughly enjoyed the black garlic ramen. I highly recommend it for a delicious bowl!

Good choice for a nice dine in experience. The ramen will do the job, but there is certainly better options in the city.
