Kotobuki - Réservation de table

Almost half the menu is vegan which is great. Spring rolls are delicious as are the potstickers. All 3 rolls we tried were delicious, but volcano was the best. Also tried the fried vegan cheesecake, not super sweet and a delicious treat. We will be returning with friends! Authentic Japanese cuisine, top grade sashimi and the shrimp and vegetable tempura is the best I?ve ever tasted. Everything was fresh and the owner was wonderful, the staff took very good care of us. The plum wine so fragrant and delicious, the sake was very good too. I highly recommend Kotobuki Japanese Restaurant!

My partner and I moved to the area a little under 2 months ago and have been here 3 times already. They have a completely separate vegan menu and everything we’ve tried has been phenomenal!!! We always have such a great experience between the delicious food, attentive and friendly servers and warm atmosphere.

The vegan menu at this restaurant is incredibly varied and impressive. Even though I usually don't enjoy sushi or California rolls, the vegan options here have never let me down. I find myself dining here almost every two weeks because it's just that good. Réservez une table maintenant

It is such a great spot for not only authentic Japanese food, but vegan substitutes. In fact, they actually have a whole menu separately for such options and they just as good as the original items. Highly recommend the sushi and katsu rice dishes.

This restaurant offers a vegan menu with a variety of options, including sushi entrees. They have a special for a Vegan Poke Bowl and also serve homemade vegan fried cheesecake bites. It's a great place to dine with non-vegan friends.

I wish I could have given this place 5 stars. I got the vegan sesame chicken and it was delicious and then I got the fried tempura cheesecake and it was so delicious I ate the whole thing. Updated from previous review on 2023-10-05

We had the vegan teriyaki chicken, the vegan volcano roll and the vegan veggie lovers roll and it was all good. You should give them a try. You can see the vegan menu online. Réservez une table maintenant
