My first time at a hot pot. Make sure your server knows. Review menu before hand, you have two hour window. We really did spend two hours there rating and talking. The server, Andrew, was great with new and not experienced with the menu and preparation. It is communal dining, don't over order and waste food. Make sure you know what every one at your table is ordering. Pricing, again it?s communal eating everyone gets the same meal order which is done via the iPad. Expand andscroll to see your choices. The hot pot experience was nice however I?m not used to cooking in soup. The textures were interesting. I will go again and get the barbecue to use the burner in the center of the table. regarding the food Ifthe center burner is not lit there is a draft that will cool any hot food near it. I don?t fill up on starches at the beginning of the meal. Things to eat immediately when they arrive are French fries popcorn chicken and chicken wings. Allthe meats were cool to be sliced thin, so they have to be heated. The selection of your base is important as it will flavor your meal. Ask your server of you are new to the choices. My company thought the pricing was high.but consideringthe amount of food, time, and experience I felt it was a fair exchange. Just under $20/person for Lunch hot pot. don't first to tip your server.
